Last updated: April 2026

1. Commitment to Privacy

Shujal Technologies prioritizes the protection of your personal and corporate data. This policy is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Data Collection

We may collect Data Principals' information including but not limited to:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Name, professional title, corporate email address, and phone number when you fill out contact/inquiry forms.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and platform analytics necessary for securing our websites and optimizing user flow.
  • AI Interaction Data: Non-sensitive metadata regarding interactions with any AI-driven applications hosted on our infrastructure (explicitly excluding raw PII unless specifically contracted).

3. Data Usage & Processing

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

  • To provision requested software services and system support.
  • To enforce cloud security protocols and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • To comply with regulatory obligations under Indian law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Shujal Technologies employs enterprise-grade AES encryption and strict access control mechanisms. Data operations remain localized within highly secure servers (e.g., AWS/Azure Mumbai regions) ensuring data residency compliance as demanded by recent overarching regulatory frameworks in India.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, strictly lease, or recklessly disseminate your personal data. Data may only be shared with verified sub-processors (e.g., Cloud Hosting Providers) operating under robust Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that mandate DPDP compliance.

6. Cookies and Tracking Mechanisms

We use essential cookies to maintain session states and performance cookies for abstract analytics. You retain complete agency to revoke cookie permissions at the browser level.

7. Data Principal Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your digitized personal data. You may withdraw processing consent at any time.

8. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the IT Rules, 2011, Shujal Technologies has appointed a Grievance Officer designated to handle discrepancies or grievances. For any compliance inquiries, please contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@shujal.com.
